Check-in Checklist

• Check-in: 4PM

• No shoes inside

• No pets allowed

• No smoking/vaping in house

• No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Daytime visitors are welcome, any group larger than the number of registered guests must be pre-approved.

  • Unapproved gatherings may result in a $100 extra cleaning fee

• Guests staying past 11 PM should be included in your booking and counted as overnight guests

• No open flames or candles indoors

• Do not open locked closets or any areas marked “Do Not Enter”

• Zero-Tolerance Policy: No pets, no smoking/vaping, no parties/events, no open flames or candles. Do not attempt to open the locked closets. Strict house policy will be followed, breaking these rules will result in a $500 penalty fee.

Check-out Checklist

• Check-out: 11AM

• Dispose of any leftovers in the fridge

• Don’t make beds that have been slept in

• Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle

• Put used towels into the white basket in the Kitchen

• Check for personal items under beds & closet

• Please lock all the windows & doors

• Turn off all the lights and AC (turn to 68 in Winter)

• Return all items and furniture to their original location

• Message us when you are leaving

• Throw trash away: Please take out the trash before leaving

• Let us know what broke or anything didn’t work properly during your stay
